Brush fire still burning in Richland County

Columbia-Richland fire crews are still battling a brush fire off Frost Mill Road in the St. Andrews Road area.

RICHLAND COUNTY (WACH)-- The Columbia-Richland Fire Department is still battling a brush fire in the St. Andrews Road area.

Crews say the fire started Saturday afternoon off Frost Mill Road near the Broad River and picked back up Sunday evening.

Department spokesman Brick Lewis says while there is a lot of smoke in the area, the fire is contained and is not a threat.
