COLUMBIA (WACH) - A man was stabbed in the neck with a fork inside a Walmart store in Columbia Friday morning, according to the Columbia Police Department.
A man and women were involved in a verbal argument around 11 a.m. Friday. The woman grabbed a fork and stabbed the man several times in his neck, according to the department.
The reason for the stabbing, and where the fork came from is unkown at this time.
The male was taken to a local hospital.
Jeanicia Thompson has been arrested. Her charges have not been released.
The incident is under investigation.
