COLUMBIA, SC -- The South Carolina Red Cross is giving residents another incentive to come out and donate blood.
The Red Cross has partnered with Taco Bell for Taco Bell Tuesdays. Midlands residents who donated blood or platelets Tuesday at the Columbia Donation Center received a $10 coupon for Taco Bell.
It is an effort to increase blood supply around the area. All Taco Bells in the Midlands are participating.
The promotion will also run Tuesday, April 24. Blood donation hours will be from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Platelets will be accepted from 6 a.m.-6 p.m.
