COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Are you dredding an upcoming speech? Making the toast at your sisters wedding?  Ever heard of Toastmasters?

Toastmasters International is a world leader in communication and leadership development. The 270,000 members improve their speaking and leadership skills by attending one of the 13,000 clubs that make up our global network of meeting locations.

In South Carolina (District 58 Toastmasters), there are 115 Toastmasters clubs spread throughout the State.

With the increasing awareness of the need for good communicators and leaders in their work force, major companies choose Toastmasters International Program as part of their employee training.

March 15th through 17th Cindy Cannon will be visiting District 58. She has led the entire state of GA to be #1 in North America and #4 in the world. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster which is the highest designation Toastmasters has.
