Winnsboro, SC (WACH) - Three students at Fairfield Central High School are charged with assault and battery after allegedly exposing the breasts of a female student in front of a class while the teacher was absent.
The reported assault took place Monday. Fairfield County Chief Deputy Keith Lewis said the school's Student Resource Officer was told on Wednesday of the incident.
According to the police report, three students approached the girl's desk from behind and began fondling her breasts. A male student pulled down the girl's shirt, exposing her breasts, while students took pictures with mobile devices. The girl left her desk to get her away from the assault. But one of the male students chased her down and held her down while placing his mouth on the breasts.
The male students are in the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
