CHAPIN, SC (WACH) - Chapin officials are advising water customers on Water Oak Trail and Oak Trace Court, in Lexington County, that they no longer need to boil their water prior to drinking or cooking.

Officials say they have disinfected and flushed the distribution system, and testing shows water is now safe to use for drinking and cooking purposes.

If you have any questions about this repeal of the boil water advisory you can contact E.A. Services, Inc. at (803) 796-9231.
