COLUMBIA (WACH) -- National Guard officials want to spread the word about a fly-over in Columbia Sunday.

A pair of F-16 Fighting Falcon jets from the 169th Fighter Wing will make a pass over the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center in downtown Columbia at low altitude Sunday around 3 p.m.

Officials want to prevent concerns that might come up on, Sept. 11, a highly sensitive day to many.

The fly-over will be part of the First Responders Remembrance Memorial dedication which honors those who lost their lives during the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center ten years ago.
