Boeing will start accepting applications for work at its North Charleston plant at 12:01 a.m. Saturday.   / WCIV

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WACH, WCIV) -- Boeing is waiting until the stroke of midnight to take new applications.

The aerospace giant is looking to fill several positions at its North Charleston facility.

New employees will largely be focused on assembly and could eventually become full time workers.

All told the Boeing plant is expected to create 3,800 jobs.

Applications can only be submitted online starting at 12:01 a.m. Saturday.

Applicants can either go to ReadySC or JobAps to apply for the openings at Boeing.
