ANDERSON (AP) -- Authorities say several people have died in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 85 in Anderson County that closed down the highway.
Deputy Coroner Josh Shore says crews were trying Saturday afternoon to determine how to remove the bodies of victims who died in the crash.
He says a man and woman who were traveling together were flown to a Greenville hospital in stable condition.
The crash involved three cars and two tractor trailers.
Troopers reopened the southbound lanes about 1 p.m.
