COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Police say they've made an arrest in connection to a recent rash of cab driver robberies in Columbia.

Columbia Police Chief Randy Scott says 18-year-old Janoblin Bracy-Brown was involved two of three recent taxi cab armed robberies.  Investigators are still looking for a second suspect.

Brown is charged with attempted murder, armed robbery and assault and battery, on top of weapons and drug charges.

The robberies, including one that left a cab driver hospitalized from a gunshot wound, happened over the past three weeks.

Officials say the suspects called for rides, then pull guns on the victims and demand money.
