COLUMBIA (WACH) -- It’s another airline pull out at Columbia Metro Airport.

The airport's Executive Director Dan Mann confirming that Vision Airlines will stop flying out of Columbia come Monday July 18th.

Mann says Vision Airlines officials made the decision because they were not selling enough tickets.

The low cost carrier started a twice a week non stop service from Columbia to Fort Walton Beach, Florida back on April 1st.

Flights at one point were as low as nineteen dollars.

Mann says Columbia Airport officials are negotiating with other airline carriers but as of now no new airlines are coming to the Metro.
