Body found between two mobile homes in Sumter

SUMTER (WACH) -- Sumter officials are investigating a fatal shooting that took place Sunday at 1 p.m.

The sheriff's department says they got a call saying there was a body on the ground between two unoccupied homes on Riffle Lane.

The body was later identified at 26-year-old Darrel Epps.  Officials say Epps died from multiple gunshot wounds.
