COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Flower experts at Woodley’s Garden center say now is the time to grow your garden so that the flowers will be well established before the summer heat kicks in.

Experts say if the temps dip in the coming weeks the plants should be ok.

Robin Klein works at Woodley’s.

She says if the temperature drops to below forty degrees place an old sheet or blanket over the plant at night and take the sheet off in the morning.
