RICHLAND COUNTY (WACH) -- According to the City of Columbia Water Works, customers in the Candlewood Subdivision in Richland County no longer need to boil their water before drinking or cooking.

The department says samples were collected and analyzed, and tests showed the water is safe to use for drinking and cooking.

If you have questions about the repeal of the boil water advisory, you can call the City of Columbia Water Works at 781-2181.
