COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Winthrop University in Rock Hill released its latest political poll results Wednesday concerning this political season.
The poll was taken last week and randomly asked 741 likely voters of all ages several questions over the phone.

One percent say they're voting for someone else and 13 percent are undecided.
When polled about the U.S. Senate race, 58 percent say they're behind Republican Jim DeMint. Twelve percent back third party candidate Tom Clements and 11 percent plan to vote for surprise Democratic candidate Alvin Greene.
When it comes to the direction the state is headed, 30 percent of those polled say South Carolina is on the right track, while 48 percent feel the state is headed in the wrong direction.
Jobs and unemployment remain at the top of the list of the most important problem facing the state. The economy, education and politicians follow.
