COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) -- A South Carolina university dean is among the semifinalists for presidency of the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
Thomas F. Moore, vice president for academic affairs and dean of the faculty at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C. along with two administrators from Texas and one from the University of Louisiana System will be interviewed on-campus Monday and Tuesday. The UL system says the search committee plans to recommend at least two finalists next Wednesday.
The other semifinalists include Nick Bruno, UL System vice president for business and finance, the Texas candidates are J. William Berry, professor and executive vice president and provost at the University of Dallas, and Peter J. Fos, provost and executive vice president at The University of Texas at Tyler.
