COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- The man who authorities say sold cocaine to former South Carolina Treasurer Thomas Ravenel may be going back to prison after he was arrested while on probation.

Court records filed Monday show Michael Miller is scheduled to go before a judge on Oct. 6 for a hearing to revoke his supervised release.

Documents show Miller was charged in May with driving under the influence and tested positive for cocaine in July.

Miller was sentenced to 10 months in prison with three years probation after pleading to conspiracy with intent to distribute cocaine. He was released from a Florida prison in December 2008.

Ravenel served a similar 10-month sentence.

Authorities say Miller sold drugs to Ravenel, who shared them with others.
