COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Democratic Congressional candidate Rob Miller says it's time to restore faith in government.

Miller presented his plan for ethics reform in Columbia Tuesday.

His proposal includes enhancing government transparency and accountability.

Miller says if elected, keeping Washington honest will be one of his highest priorities.

"All across South Carolina, hard working men and women are struggling just to put food on the table," Miller explains.  "Small business owners here in South Carolina are doing more with less.  It's not too far a reach for us to expect the federal government to do more with less."

Rob Miller will square off with Congressman Joe Wilson in the November Election.
