COLUMBIA (AP) -- South Carolina investigators say they found more than 20 guns in the home of a white man accused of shooting and killing a black man and then dragging his body 10 miles down country roads.

The State newspaper reported authorities found 20 or more assault-type weapons, numerous pistols, at least one shotgun, ammunition and knives in the home of 19-year-old Gregory Collins of Newberry.

Collins was arrested Wednesday and charged with killing 30-year-old Anthony Hill of Winnsboro.

The men worked together at a poultry plant in Newberry.

State Law Enforcement Division director Reggie Lloyd says investigators have learned the men went shooting together Tuesday.

Newberry County Sheriff Lee Foster says investigators are trying to determine why Collins had the weapons.
