17 year old Deshawn Gregg stands before a Sumter judge Monday afternoon.

He's charged with murder in the shooting death of 27 year old Cornelius Woods Thursday night on Loring Drive.

Police say he and two others 18 year old Darius Jenkins and 19 year old Nikita Thompson got into an argument with Woods.
