Thursday April 16 at 3:11 am the Lexington County Fire Service received a call regarding a mobile home fire at 208 Valley Stream Road in Lexington County.
Crews arrived on scene at 3:20 am and reported a mobile home with heavy fire involvement. There was one person on scene that lived in the mobile home and stated there was another person inside the structure that was unable to escape.
Crews on scene were able to locate a victim inside the structure.
The person at the residence that was able to exit the structure was transported to Lexington Hospital.
This incident is currently under investigation by the Lexington County Sheriff's Department, Lexington County Coroners Office and the Lexington County Fire Service.
