(Sumter) The Grand Jury issued indictments today against Quentin Patrick.  Patrick is accused in Halloween 2008 killing 12- year-old Tony Darrisaw, and wounding the boy's father and brother while they were trick or treating. Police say Patrick fired more than 30 shots with an assault rifle when the group came to his doorstep to trick or treat.

Monday, Quentin Patrick was indicted on one count of murder; two counts of assault and battery with intent to kill; one count of assault with intent to kill; and one count of manufacturing crack cocaine.
