(AP) -- On March 9th Katrina Denise Jivers was turned over to The Cayce Department of Public Safety by her bonding company Gene Frye Bonding.

Ms. Jivers is facing her second set of charges for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Unlawful Conduct Towards a Child.

Ms. Jivers had been running into law enforcement since 2-12-2009 when she was made aware of a second set of charges pending on her as the result of a positive cocaine test on her two year old daughter.

This concludes a tragic situation that began with Ms. Jivers arrest for possession of marijuana that resulted in her 9 month old son being taken into emergency protective custody and placed in the custody of the Department of Social Services. The 9 month old son was tested positive for marijuana prior to his placement with DSS.
