South Carolina (16-4, 5-2 SEC) travels to face Florida (18-4, 5-2 SEC) for the second time in just 13 days Tuesday night at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center in Gainesville.

South Carolina won the first matchup between the two schools last month when senior Zam Fredrick hit a layup as time expired, upsetting then-No. 24 Florida.

South Carolina is tied for first place in the SEC East with both Florida and Kentucky.  Tuesday's game is a fight for the outright lead in the East.

Gamecock guard Devan Downey could reach the 1,000 career point mark int that game.  The junior needs just 16 more points to reach the career benchmark.
