Richland County Deputies say they have a peeping tom in jail. Investigators say David Richardson placed a video camera inside a faculty bathroom at E.L. Wright Middle School. According to deputies five teachers were victimized by Richardson. He is charged with seven counts of voyeurism. A judge set bond at 70-thousand dollars.

"The district is appalled that someone would violate our faculties right this way. We think its sick and outrageous we find it disgusting," says Richland School District two spokeswoman Theresa Riley

She says Richardson was a contract worker employed by Service Solutions; but he wasn't a new face at E.L. Wright.

"He's been working in the school for quite sometime," says Riley.

With all the technology that also comes with cameras, Riley says it's hard to monitor this kind of crime. Investigators say it's imperative to be aware of your surroundings. That's exactly how the device was found. According to Riley a faculty member found that camera the same day it was put in.

Riley says all the victims are being offered counseling.
