GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) -- Authorities say a 21-year-old man has been shot to death in the bedroom of his apartment.
The Greenville County Coroner's Office says John Shule was shot several times in the chest Monday night.
Witnesses told deputies they saw a man run from the apartment and jump into a sport utility vehicle around the time of the shooting.
Investigators say they have several leads, but don't have any suspects or a motive.
Shule is the 23rd homicide reported in Greenville County this year.
