Lexington County-- Highway Patrol say two people are dead after an accident on Interstate 20.  It happened Monday evening at the 58 mile marker.

Investigators say a vehicle traveling eastbound was struck head on by a rear tire hub from a tractor trailer.  The vehicle then ran off the road and down an embankment.

Both the driver and passenger died in the crash.  The Lexinton County Coroner's Office identifiy the victims as Patricia and Perry Miller of Aiken.

The accident remains under investigation.
