COLUMBIA,S.C. (WACH) - A USC student claims to have been sexually assaulted by a cab driver.

According to a Columbia Police incident report, a student was taking a taxi from Five points to the USC Greek village located off Blossom Street.  The victim claims the driver then drove her around for 15 minutes.  Then victim says the driver refused to drop her off unless she performed a sex act on him.

The victim refused to performed the act, and  the driver drove her to an address on Rosewood Drive.

The victim told police the cab was possibly blue.

She said the cab driver tried to force her head into his lap as they drove from the Greek village to the address on Rosewood Drive.
