Sumter, SC (WACH)-Sumter Police are looking for a driver that could help them solve the Thursday hit-and-run death of a 70-year-old woman.
Sumter Police continue to investigate a fatal hit & run accident that occurred yesterday morning at approximately 7:30am on Calhoun Street near Tuomey Hospital.
Investigators are trying to identify the driver of a white Ford Mustang that was in the area just seconds before the accident occurred. Investigators believe that the driver or occupants in the vehicle may have beneficial information in this case.
