A Rock Hill man has won $200,000 in the South Carolina Education Lottery for the second time in four months.

ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) -- A Rock Hill man has won $200,000 in the South Carolina Education Lottery for the second time in four months.

Lottery officials say the man won playing the $10 the Color of Money scratch off game both times. The man's name has not been released.

.Officials say the man has won two of the six top prizes offered in the game.

He planned to use the money from the first win for his children's college education. The latest winning will go toward his retirement.

He says he won't be playing any more.
