Time Warner Cable is hosting its first job fair of the year for the 644 new openings coming to its Platt Springs Road location.

WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) -- Time Warner Cable is hosting its first jobs fair of the year for the 644 new openings coming to its Platt Springs Road location.
The first jobs fair takes place Tuesday from 1 to 6 p.m. at 3347 Platt Springs Road. More jobs fairs are scheduled throughout January and February
The cable and internet provider announced a $24 million investment in its West Columbia office last week. The expansion is expected to hire all of its new staff by the end of 2013.
The job expansion will fill the new, centralized in-house Retention Center, Telesales Operations Support department and Payment Services department. Positions include representatives, agents and supervisors.
Recruiters recomment those attending the fair arrive early, dress professionally, and bring an updated resume with them.
The openings are already up on Time Warner's careers website.
