Graphic video capturing a weekend assault in Five Points has surfaced on Facebook. The video, which only shows the end of the incident, captures several men hitting and kicking Josh Bosworth. He suffered a broken jaw and several cuts from the attack that happened early Sunday morning. The video doesn’t show what started the fight.
An Amber Alert remains in effect for a missing 12-year-old North Carolina girl. Officials say Abigale Lefevers was last seen about 10 p.m. Sunday at her home in Newport. Deputies think she is with registered sex offender, 38-year-old Timothy Newman. Investigators think they’re traveling in a red Chrysler Sebring with a North Carolina lincense plate AKT6534. If you see them, call police immediately.
