COLUMBIA (WACH) -- It's almost time to "spring forward" your clocks.

Be sure to set your clocks one hour ahead before you go to sleep Saturday night.

Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday morning at 2 a.m.

Thus, we will all lose a hour of sleep in the process.

The good thing about loosing an hour of sleep is that we will gain a hour of sunlight.

It also brings a reminder to change the batteries in your smoke detector and other warning devices.

Daylight Saving Time ends November 3, when we switch back to Standard time.
