CLEMSON, SC (WACH)  -- Rivalry week in Clemson draws thousands to the small town and for business owners that means big bucks.

"We really do count on those football weekends to be our big business holidays," said Chris Fuller.

Chris Fuller owns Loose Change a restaurant in Clemson; he says the kickoff of football season is a shot in the arm for his bar.

"We count on that every other year. It really helps close the year out," added Fuller 

On any given Saturday Fuller says you'll find his restaurant Loose Change filled to capacity and expects even more fans to pile into his bar during rivalry weekend.

"The rivalry game is probably the biggest of the year. It's really, really an important game to finish off the year," adds Fuller.

Fuller says Clemson's strong performance on the gridiron this year has trickled down throughout the community, the more the Tigers win the more cash fans spend in Tigertown.

"The economic impact is pretty severe, it really does increase everybody's revenues," adds Fuller.
