COLUMBIA (WACH) --- The Immersed in Ink Tattoo & Arts Festival kicked off on Friday in Columbia.

Tattoo artists from around the state invading the Capitol City to showcase their work.

Artists from Cherry Bomb Tattoo made the trip from Clemson and are excited for a weekend of teaching and showing people the artistry of tattooing.

The event will go through Sunday at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
