Deputies arrest two high school students for bomb threat

NEWBERRY COUNTY (WACH) --  Two Newberry High School students are accused of making the bomb threat that prompted a school evacuation Monday afternoon.

Newberry County deputies took 17-year-old Daisha Kibler and a juvenile into custody Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators say both will be charged with conveying a bomb threat.

Investigators say the students called in the threat to the main line of the school.
