CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- A cruise liner making a monthlong cruise from England to the Caribbean and Mexico is stopping in Charleston.
P&O Cruises' Oriana docks in Charleston on Thursday afternoon. The ship with about 1,800 passengers will stay overnight before leaving late Friday.
The Oriana left Southampton, England, on Feb. 11. It sailed to the Caribbean and Mexico before heading to New Orleans. It then sailed around the Florida peninsula with various stops.
The Charleston stop is the ship's last in North America before it heads back across the Atlantic.
