Columbia, S.C. (WACH) -- The Columbia Police Department has arrested a suspect they believe is connected with an overnight shooting in 5 Points.

It happened around 2am Saturday morning in the 2000 block of Greene Street.

Shiquan Tyon Cwiklinski was picked up at a Walmart on Forest Drive Saturday.

A judge set his bond at $325,000 Sunday.

Cwiklinski is accused of shooting at a police officer and another person that he was detaining. There are no reports of any injuries.

The 18-year-old is charged with 2 counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm during the commision of a violent crime.

Cwiklinski remains at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
