A one vehicle crash has led to one person dead. / MGN

KERSHAW COUNTY (WACH) -- A one vehicle crash has led to one person dead.

A spokesman for the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the accident happened around 8 p.m. Friday evening on River Road. Investigators say a two people were driving southbound in a 1997 Ford Explorer; when it went off the road and overturned.

The Highway Patrol said both people were ejected from the vehicle. One person was killed. The second person's condition has not been released.
