COLUMBIA (WACH/AP)-- South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is scheduled to give her third State of the State speech before a joint session of the Legislature.

Haley is slated to address lawmakers in House chambers at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Her speech last year focused on jobs, as she recognized companies that made job announcements in South Carolina.

The Republican governor also spent time bashing unions and the federal government.

In a State of the State preview Wednesday morning, Haley said she will talk about health care, jobs, cyber security, restructurings, infrastructure, ethics and a new take on education.

Her criticism of the federal health care law will likely continue in this address. She opposes expanding Medicaid coverage in South Carolina to more poor adults. But that decision is up to legislators. Democrats vow to fight for the expansion.

The U.S. Supreme Court decision that upheld the federal law made expanding eligibility an option for states, rather than a requirement.

Haley says she'll speak for about 50 minutes.
