COLUMBIA (WACH/AP) -- Governor Nikki Haley is set to release her proposed budget at the State House Thursday morning.

The executive budget for 2013-2014 is Haley's second since taking office.

Last year Haley presented her budget flanked by her agency heads and called the document "a Team Haley effort."

This year's proposal will need to account for any spending that will be needed to cover the costs of fixing the hacked tax records in the Department of Revenue.

The state's tab to pay for its response to the hacking is more than $20 million, including a $12 million contract for credit monitoring. The contract provides a year of credit monitoring for taxpayers who sign up by Jan. 31, as well as dedicated call center operators.

The state hired Experian after learning that millions of taxpayers' data had been accessed by an international hacker in mid-September.

Check back later, or tune in to WACH FOX News at Ten, for details on Haley's budget proposal.
