COLUMBIA (WACH) -- According to Columbia Police Department a 19 year old male was shot early Sunday morning while walking along King Street.
A person called 9-1-1 and when officers responded to the scene they could not find the victim.
Police say they then found him walking down the street and was later transported by EMS to a local hospital.
According to CPD the victim told says that the shooter was in a dark colored car with tinted windows.
Investigators say that at the hospital a leafy green substance was found in the 19 year old victims pocket.
They are still investiagating the incident.
