COLUMBIA (WACH) - A suspect in a late November bank robbery is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff's Department.
Sheriff Leon Lott is requesting the community's assistance in locating Cedric Wiley Robinson, 18, who is wanted for robbery.
Lott says Robinson is accused of demanding money at a TD Bank on Garners Ferry Road and fleeing the scene in a stolen Envoy that was later recovered by deputies a short distance from the bank.
The Richland County Sheriff's Department Forensics lab tested DNA evidence that positively identifed Robinson as a supsect, according to lott.
