COLUMBIA (WACH) - Charges are pending against a driver accused of DUI involved in a one-vehicle wreck on I-126 near the intersection of I-126 and Huger and Elmwood.  The  driver was trapped in the wreck, and it caused gridlock in downtown Columbia.

According to Columbia Fire spokesperson Brick Lewis, around 2 p.m. Tuesday a black Mustang crashed on I-126.  The driver, Francis Wolfe, 20, has DUI charges pending.
