CONWAY, S.C. (AP) -- Officials in Horry County are holding a vigil to remember a baby whose body was found in a tote bag by a road.

A memorial service for the infant, who has become known as Baby Boy Horry, is planned for Monday at the boy's gravesite in Conway's Hillcrest Cemetery.

The baby was found dead Dec. 4, 2008, inside a blue-and-white bag in a ditch off state Highway 544. The Bath and Body Works tote was sold exclusively during an August 2008 promotion.

Authorities say the infant was viable and would have survived with proper care.

Authorities have said they have a DNA profile for the baby to match him to his parents, if they are ever found. Police say there were no visible injuries on the infant.
