Beaufort County sheriff's deputies are investigating the death of a man found on a road on Hilton Head Island.

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (AP) -- Beaufort County sheriff's deputies are investigating the death of a man found on a road on Hilton Head Island.
A suspect has been arrested and charged with voluntary manslaughter.
Deputies say the body of 37-year-old Federico Perez Nava of Hilton Head Island was found beside a road around 8 a.m. Sunday. Nava died at the scene.
Coroner Ed Allen says an autopsy is planned at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston to determine the cause of death.
Thirty-five-year-old Arturo Chimal Guzman was arrested later Sunday.
Detectives say Guzman was involved in a fight with Nava around 3 a.m. Sunday. Officers don't know what sparked the fight.
It was not clear if Guzman has a lawyer.
