COLUMBIA (WACH)--Dozens of USC students gathered to view this year's first Presidential Debate.

The campus-wide event included a discussion panel and questionnaires to initiate discussions.

Students from the journalism department, the College Republicans and the College Democrats were in attendance.

The event was sponsored by patch.com.

Organizers said that they were pleased with the turnout and look forward to possibly holding more debate viewing parties in the Hollings Special Collections Library.
