Columbia police have released an age progression photograph of Dail Dinwiddie. The Columbia woman was last seen in September of 1992 in Five Points after a U-2 concert. She was 23-years-old at the time of her disappearance. Investigators hope this picture of what Dinwiddie might look like today will spark new leads in the case.
The woman who admitted to stealing around $500,000 from the South Carolina Hospitality Association will learn her fate this week. Rachel Duncan will be sentenced Tuesday morning. In April, Duncan pleaded guilty to federal tax evasion and wire fraud charges.
