FAIRFIELD COUNTY, SC (WACH)- A manhunt still continues for a suspect found during a discovery of a Marijuana field in Fairfield County.
Chief Deputy Keith Lewis with the Fairfield County Sheriff's Department tells WACH-FOX News that a crew from the State Law Enforcement Division found a marijuana growing operation in Fairfield County Thursday afternoon. The suspected grower of the marijuana fled the scene and has eluded authorities through Friday morning. Lewis said agents have uncovered a campsite where they believe the suspected grower was staying.
