WEST COLUMBIA (WACH) - A West Columbia home was destroyed by a fire Friday morning.

Twenty Lexington County firefighters responded to a fire at a home on Stonewood Court Friday morning around 11 a.m.

Officials say there were three people in the home when the fire started. No one was injured.

It took around 45 minutes to extinguish the blaze that destroyed the home and all of the family's belongings.

The cause of the fire has not been determined.
